Roger L. Fee

 

Bio:

Roger L. Fee has 40 years of experience in commercial and real estate banking. Prior to joining WRN Financial, he served in several senior executive positions during his 25 year tenure with Bank of America and Banc of America Securities, primarily in the Real Estate Banking Group. His banking experience is broad, ranging from successful leadership in large corporate, middle market (C&I), commercial real estate, small business, residential mortgage lending, and retail banking.

Mr. Fee recently worked on two assignments for the firm investigating fraud and misappropriation of funds of depository accounts managed by money-center banks.

Mr. Fee has also served as a part-time adjunct instructor at Kent State University. He taught coursework in Financial Institutions and Markets, Money and Banking, Real Estate Fundamentals, and Real Estate Appraisal.

Mr. Fee earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Olivet Nazarene College in Kankakee, Illinois, and earned a master's degree in Finance from Kent State University in Kent, Ohio. He holds Series 7, 63, and 24 securities licenses as well as a Florida real estate agent and Florida mortgage broker's license.
